  • Note: Do not ship directly to Drury Lane - cannot guarantee anything shipped directly there. Shipments can only by received at Drury Lane Wednesday, January 14th between 1-5pm. Shipments received at any other time will be rejected. Shipments CANNOT be sent to Hilton Suites or Hilton Garden Inn Hotels. CRCA recommends shipping in advance to the warehouse (through SourceOne).

  • ​Exhibitor Move-In: Wednesday, January 14th - 1:00-5:00pm
  • Exhibitor Move-Out: Friday, January 16th - 1:00-3:00pm
  • Note: No wheeled carts are alllowed through Drury Lane's front doors (Theater Lobby). Exhibitors must use West doors for wheeled carts and large boxes.
