CRCA Scholarship Information

In 2024 the CRCA and Chicagoland Roofing Council (CRC) will offer three different scholarships. Please see below for details on each. The deadline for all scholarship applications is March 27th, 2024.

CRCA FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship will be offered to graduating high school students with an ACT composite score of 28 or greater (or an SAT composite score of 1300 or greater). CRCA FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP - CRCA MEMBERS ONLY

This scholarship will be offered to graduating high school students who are dependents of employees of CRCA member companies. Please click on the scholarship instructions link below to view all eligibility requirements, scholarship application instructions, and further details.

CHICAGOLAND ROOFING COUNCIL (CRC) SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship will be offered to graduating high school students who are dependents of a Local 11 Contractor, dependents of a Local 11 Contractor's staff (either in the office or field), or a dependent of a member of Local 11. Each year the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association will award at least one $5,000 renewable scholarship to a high school senior who will enter college in the Fall Semester in the following programs – liberal arts and sciences, engineering, architecture or business. The scholarship recipient will be selected on the basis of academic performance, faculty recommendation, extracurricular activities, employment experience, and a demonstrated interest in a productive career.

Beginning in 2019, scholarships are awarded by the CRCA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. To learn more about the CRCA Foundation, visit CRCA.org/CRCAFoundation
