Interstate Roof Systems Consultants, Inc. (IRSC) provides the following roof consulting services to commercial clients nationwide: visual evaluations, infrared moisture surveys, storm-damage assessment, due-diligence reviews, specification preparation, project management services (including bid coordination, contract administration, pre-construction coordination, and project close-out assistance). We also maintain a roofing database for client access, can host education workshops for building owners or facility management, and can supply CAD services. IRSC is an Associate Member of the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA).
